here comes my first MONO look , means using single color , hey i am not here to teach , its just fun and some ideas i will be sharing with you , i know you guys have showered a lot of love on me … do continue that
using a single color for an eye look is the safest part , easy to carry , no fear of mismatch of colors , easy to apply no need for thinking twice abt the intensity on each eyes , works well when you are in hurry , and its always safe
best part right
i started with applying my paint pot in Painterely by MAC , then applied INGLOT eyeshadow in AMC shine 12 , you can check it H E R E , then applied my gel eyeliner in brown color by Clinique ,
when using a single color make sure to apply it little above the crease , reason ??? it might settle in the crease if you apply till the crease , due to sweating … to tone down any harsh lines i applied MAC studio Fix powder in NC 35 above crease and softened the line
applied Clinique Mascara , and lotus herbal kajal on water line
applied MAC’s Sunbasque Powder Blush on cheeks , and “O” Lipstick by MAC
and here is my finished look using single color , bronze , my eyelids are big , but the opening of eyes is small ,
here is the stuff i used
now comes the fun part , it is not a DUO Look but i added yellow eyeshadow on inner corners of the eyes , to see how it looks … and i hope it wasn’t looking very loud ??? what say ???
will be doing a look using yellow very soon , this was just an idea that it isn’t that bad
do pour in some suggestions …
Love
RASHMI

thanks Jane

what is good matt blush from MAC..I want a nice blush for work wear..
i have Desert Rose but it would be quite dark for daily wear .. i think Buff (pinky peach ) or Melba (coral peach ) would be good options for you … i mean daily wear
or work wear
Such a simple and pretty look! I’ve always liked mono looks

and welcome back … yeah i love clinique gel eyeliners too
Ooh this is such a nice, elegant look. Rashmi Didi I’m not sure why but when I apply eye make up – even a little bit – I feel like my eyes get a lot of drama. I think the simple looks are the ones that take more effort – especially for me.
I was wondering, do you have MAC Mineralize Eyeshadows? I’m curious how you would apply them.

No…don’t hate it. Really. Use a creamy base like a greasepaint stick or Benefit’s Creaseless Cream Shadow underneath. It will look good.
