MAC POWDER BLUSH is one of THE BEST things you could have in your stash , I wonder if you are a makeup junkie or say not so junkie but loves makeup and still don’t have any Blush by MAC … its BAD simply BAD , they are awesomely pigmented stays on for long , the color selection HUGE and you would surely find your THE Perfect shade and above all its not very expensive like other Brands and Quality is uber duber exceptional if compared to its fellow brands
anyways lets cut the story short and I will be posting my MAC Faourite Blushes .. its hard to write in 1 post and moreover it would be too exaggerating so i will be doing 2 – 3 post

MAC Powder Blush Finishes – Satin , Frost , Sheertone , Sheertone Shimmer , Matte
My Skin Tone – I am NC 35 in MAC , the shades I will be sharing with you appears pretty good on me , so you can judge if they gonna look good on you or not , however I will mention if there is any shade concern
How to apply - I use MAC’s 116 Blush Brush for easy application , it picks up the color nicely and place on the cheeks right where you want , you can see Clarins Blush Brush which is equally good …
and here goes my Blush List right from where I started my journey last year …
FLEUR POWER- Soft Bright pinkish coral (Satin Finish ) – This was my first purchase and I am so proud to have this , nice pinky coral color it is gives a youthful glow on my face , I still have my pic in my cell phone when I first tried this at Nordstrom , however I bought it the next week or so , but I still remember how much hubby liked and said yeah you can collect these , he didn’t knew my MACness would grow to this extent ..
Its a must if you are looking for something BOLD without being over the board , play safe buy this , SATIN Finish makes it more buttery without any shimmer and glitter , color payoff is excellent , it looks inviting in pan and more pleasurable on cheeks
will even look good on darker skin tones
MARGIN- Peach with Golden Shimmer (Frost) – I had to have this , why ? its favourite of my mentor and i don’t want to miss any chance to COPY her , I say this proudly and I know few of blogger hate me for this and I love them for hating me , that’s so true (they don’t realize when somebody follows them how good they feel , so If I follow somebody why criticize that ) … anyways , the color is beautiful peach with distinct gold shimmer in it , it looks very unpleasant in PAN but when applied it gives nice peachy glow , Frost finish makes it little shimmery but its not overpowering , and there is no glitter its just hint of gold shimmer which acts as a good highlighter too , sometimes I pair it with my Desert Rose Matte Blush , for me Its a daily wear Blush
favourite of my mentor and favourite of mine , enough good reasons for me to have this forever with me, but it might not look good on NC 45 or above ,
AMBERING ROSE- Muted Rose (Sheertone Shimmer) – Again a recco by my mentor for me and for all warm and medium skin tone girls , Its a beautiful rosy color and has slight shimmer to it , Looks very tempting in pan and beautiful on cheeks , you could hardly require efforts to works with this , the blush speaks for itself , if you are looking for a perfect evening wear blush which does not require over done eyes go for this , nothing could solve your purpose better then this
Looks Fab on darker skin tones , A must in my list for girls above NC 35 even lighter skin tones can have a look at this
SUNBASQUE- Gilded Peach with Pearl (Sheertone Shimmer) – Beautiful peachy brown color with small amount of gold shimmer in it , looks fab on warm skin tones works as a good bronzer , If you have still not digested the fact of Bronzer go for this , I use it most of the times when I dont want to add much drama to the makeup , nude lips and this lots of kajal and heavy eyeliner , Its one of the Famous MAC Blushes , have seen with most of friends .. its a common love we share for this beauty
its gonna look good on any skin color , its universally flattering color ,
Well Dressed - Immaculate Pink (Satin finish) – I was looking badly for a pink blush which will look nice on my NC 3 skin and I would be able to carry at the age of 32 , this is the first blush I tried so many times at the store , as I was not fully convinced how it was looking on my skin , but to tell you it is THE PERFECT PNK Blush for me , Satin finish makes it smooth and non shimmery , its nice baby pink which looks OHH so perfect , I would not even bother for any Pink Blush in my life , its the perfect nice baby pink for warm and cool tones person
it would not appear much on darker skin tone girls , for them I recommend looking for Dollymix …

Hi Rashmi….Nice post….could you please compare Fleur Power with MUFE HD blush No. 6, as you can guess, I’m so obsessed with MUFE HD blush No. 6…would you say that these 2 are similar?
yeah u can say both the colors are quite similar however the texture is completely diff
its good to have both if you love pinky coral blush

Btw I must confess I have none of the blushes that Rashmi mentioned though I have 24 MAC blushes and most of them are Mineralize ones (Limited Editions) and stuff….From the regular line I have Dollymix, Honour, TraceGold, Emote….thats all…..

Hey hon another thing, I find Margin so hard to wear when I am tanned. I tan a lot easily, this summer when I was in India I was like NC 43.5, really dark and none of my foundations matched me and I couldn’t wear margin, NARS Orgasm or Peachykeen. Most of these blushes except for Ambering Rose won’t look good on people over NC 42. When I tan in summers in Canada, the darkeest I go is till NC 42 and I can still wear Margin, it is not the most perfect blush, but it still looks good. Hopefully it will help some of the readers.

I really want Ambering Rose, but I want Sincere so much now. Sincere and the other blush face kit from tartan tale. Hopefully they’ll still be there till next thursday.
Another thing for Margin, its a gorgeous blush for Indian brides (NC 40 or lighter)
You should also try Pinkswoon if you haven’t, I love it too much. It will look very nice on you.
