My first ever high end lipstick was from L’Oreal… high end?? Okay!! Don’t tell me it’s not high end lipstick or say a cross between high end and mass brand fine. I have endless numbers of lipstick from L’Oreal and my favorite one is their all time classic Color Riche range which has wide number of colors and till date I have owned around 10 – 15 and have gifted them as well. I will be posting my collection of L’Oreal lipstick and to start with here is my first lipstick “Pink Lady”.
L’Oreal Color Riche lipstick PINK LADY
PINK LADY is soft bubble gum pink color with warm undertones, there is no shimmer or glitter just high gloss shine, it’s one of the best pink lipstick I have came across which doesn’t make my complexion pale and goes well with my warm skin tones. This was rewarded as ALLURE BEST OF BEAUTY Awards in 2007 and that’s why I am so in love with the color.
The color gives nice healthy glow and lit my face with just one swipe. Awesome pigmentation with super smooth textures its one of the best lipstick available. I am not a huge fan of “L’Oreal Lipstick smell” which is so very different from others and this really irritates my nose which is fond of MAC’s Vanilla scent … sounds Cheesy but its true babes.
Lipstick has nice creamy satin texture and this makes it ultra wearable in day to day without any second thoughts. The color is so easy to wear on my NC 35 skin tone and I can say it’s going to suit on our Indian skin tone perfectly. The lasting power is not that great and it stays on for 3 – 3 ½ hrs and then it does needs to be re-applied which I am not fond off but the good thing is its not drying and flakes my lips. The lipstick is thick and creamy and stays on lips without bleeding and I never use any gloss over this at there is nice shine to it which works perfect without anything.
And this is how the color looks on me , so very perfect for everyday soft pink looks isnt it ??

It has glitters in it right? Glittery lipsticks looks terrible on me especially silver glitter. I liked the second fourth and the fifth in the pic.

I had the Pink lady and quite liked it. Ever since I read the magenta color from L’oreal has the high ppt or somethign which I even dont remember, I never repurchased. You have such a lovely collection rash
