The other day I was having a convo with one of the friends and then even Shivangi also mentioned that she is collecting makeup for her upcoming wedding , so here is little something from my side.I had a similar conversation last year as well with my friend HETAVI who was getting married and was looking for some eye shadows . Sadly, I was not able to help her out due to some reasons but again its never too late , the post is not only for newly wedded or soon to wed girls , it is on my picks for a MAC QUAD …. and that’s why it says “Before you buy THE 4 “ … So lets get started :
Firstly , I am not going to talk about a neutral palette here … baby you are spending 3 K on neutral when you can easily buy N number of neutral palettes from Drugstore or even department stores. We are here for fun to use colors and not regular and boring neutral colors , right ?
I might skip a highlighter color in some quad as you can easily fill in your quad with colorful shades and use a highlighter which you already have , although I will definitely give my suggestion where and when needed. Same is the case with smokey color , as you might already be having a regular black or matte grey or a taupe in your collection or if not , another great option to buy instead of CARBON / SMUT/ PRINT ( my top picks for smokey looks ) is- BOURJOIS Single eyeshadow , they are great and are priced at 415 /-
I am not a pro and I have said this time and again , the post was just to share my knowledge , you have full liberty to correct me and share your experience with all of us . The more the merrier , so please pour in some suggestions ….
I will start posting my palette ideas from next week , you are free to suggest color combinations and I will try and make a palette and even some looks if I can ….

The title confused me Rash
. I’ve only bought 1 MAC Quad so far & didn’t really fill it with pre-planned shadows. I agree, there are other more affordable palettes that I don’t feel guilty about spending on- like Urban Decay Naked
