My friend and MUA SABINA suggested me this while I generally asked her , what are her top picks for lip care . She immediately said this is the best thing ever and she use this on her brides without fail , I immediately asked her to pack this for me and again as my most picks are last pieces this is no exception.
I used this with my lustre finish lipstick and they stayed a little longer without changing the lipstick shade ( lip erase does that ) . Where I liked the concept to me its really not a must have if you haven’t tried everything from MAC . I have enough lipsticks , lipglosses and lip pencils and then tried this , but if you are little new then you can easily skip this for some time unless and until you actually NEED a lip primer .
You don’t need to layer this heavily , apply a thin layer and wait for few seconds to settle it down , the lipstick glides so smoothly and holds on the lips for little more time . It does feels little waxy but that is why it makes the lipstick stay put for hrs. Like face primer which helps prepare the face a clean canvas this is for lips , it makes the lips super soft and ready to be painted .
I don’t see the change of lip color but again I am not much of a primer person , my lips are mostly hydrated , thanks to N numbers of lip balms and this is hardly required , I can easily say its for my slippery lustre finish lipstick . The best thing I have noticed this with lip primer is , it makes the lipstick shine like GLOSS , it might be the quality of the primer which covers lips effortlessly .
IF you are little finicky about your lipstick to stay little longer ( I am certainly ) do try this and am sure you will have an awesome weapon with you . It is included in B2M and this adds like a bonus as the tube finishes off little faster then usual .
I am definitely going to keep this for ever in my vanity , not sure how often I use this but this is surely a keeper .

This is a nice review. I always saw this product but wondered whether it would be that useful. Still I wont purchase. MAC really makes a lot of inferior quality lip products and sometimes they stink. I will stick to their pro long creamy lipsticks though there are better options in Estee Lauder and L’Oreal!

i am not sure dear … lip erase is something i wouldnt want to buy as m lips are pretty much okay in pigmentation
… a good lip liner is better choice and saves some bucks too
