I shared a Press Note about these few days back H E R E and wanted to pick one of the colors to try them out .I was looking for CHUNKY CHERRY and SUPER STRAWBERRY but both the colors were out of stock , luckily they had last pieces of MEGA MELON and I didn’t wasted a minute and picked this . These are priced at 1025/- INR for 3 gms and hopefully will last me a while even if I use it daily .
Mega Melon is peachy pink shade with super fine golden shimmer in it . It looks super natural on my medium dark skin tone , if you are little fair the color will show up more . They are very sheer and light weight and you need to swipe it 3 – 4 times to get the color on lips . Very moisturizing and extremely hydrating and stays for 3 hrs nearly with minor fading but you see some color on your lips , it doesn’t fades easily . They are not meant to give you color but are tinted lip balms with super fine golden sheen to it which is easy to pull off . I have no cons for the color , it gives me enough tint which looks adorable even if am not wearing any makeup and my lips look very delicate with the soft touch of color .
They are not at all sticky and layers wonderfully on lips without any goopy feeling . Very thing and light weight I was amazed to try these out and gonna pick a color or two if they have it in stock .As compared to lip balms in jar these are very much hygienic and non sticky . Mega Melon is a good choice if you want to look super natural but if you need more color do get Chunky Cherry .
I am loving the chubby sticks even more as you don’t need to sharpen it , the silver ring which you see at bottom .. you need to twist that . It is not pointed as you see in fresh tube but nowhere difficult to apply on lips . They are fragrance free , so if you have sensitive nose you will certainly love these . IF you are always in rush and looking for nice hydrating lip balm which gives you enough color to make your face look fresh with hint of color and sheen do get one of these .
I saw 8 New Shades HERE and now am dying to pick Two Ton Tomato and Over sized Orange … The names are enough to grab my attention and I hope they launch the colors in India soon .

Hey, I just got the new 8 ones yesterday (sorry, it is not meant to be bragging at all – just the coincidence). I just started playing around with these and I am so impressed. For a lip balm, yes, they are expensive – but the hint of colour is to die for!

This shade looks so pretty, you are right the tint is totally adorable. I actually swatched it twice in two different outlet but I got watermelon kind of fragrance from the testers I swatched, infanct I didn’t pick these up just ‘coz of the smell, interesting your chubby stick is fragrance free.guess I’ll need to try these out again, these chubby sticks look seriously tempting

it gives the perfect melon drenched shiny soft lips and I love the texture.Wish one cud use it on the cheeks as well for a cheek stain just the way Josie Maran does.
