Sore muscles? Get a rub down with a Hottie

Hottie is our go-to bar for seriously sore muscles. It’s specifically molded with bumps to enhance your massage with extra pressure to really fire up your circulation. The rich jojoba oil and butter base melts onto the skin quickly to allow for a smooth, and sensual experience. We use vanilla absolute for its sweet, comforting aroma; it’s also moisturizing for the skin and softening in combination with the shea and cocoa butters we blend in. And, for those who like it hot, spicy black pepper and ginger oils are warming, stimulating and help to release muscle tension… exactly what you need to get you going.

This was my first massage bar which I picked for my hubby as he has very dry skin . I was clueless how to use this and helpful SA mentioned that you need to use this after your bath or before that depending what you are looking for , rub like you are applying a cream all over your body and then take a bath or else as soon as you step out of bath use this as a moisturizer . It is very easy to use , but storing this is a big issue , you need to keep it outside shower area and preferably in a drawer or place where there is no moisture and no sunlight so that it doesn’t melt , basically a cool and dry place .

My hubby used this for a while and did find it useful as it was really moisturizing , I am little impatient and find it an extra effort when you are in rush . It works well when you just had a shower and your body is still little wet , it slips on easily and keeps my skin well moisturized for hrs . If I plan to use it before bath it takes time to apply this as the body is dry and takes time to warm up and melt into the skin .

The oil present in massage bar does gives relaxed feeling but again you should have all the patience in the world to rub it and feel it … do try this in store and see how you find the smell . I liked it as am a big fan of spicy fragrance , moreover it is not very overpowering that you will not be able to layer your favorite perfume on top of it .

It is flat from one side and bumpy from other , if you rub it too much from bumpy side you will get a smooth surface easily , it doesn’t feel heavy and overly greasy when you apply it directly to your skin , rather it just melts easily with body heat and works well if you had a bath few minutes back .

The best time to use the massage bars is winters when your skin is super dry and itchy , it gives good dose of moisture without adding layers , the oils present in massage bar are excellent source and provides even super smooth skin in minutes . The smell is just divine and even if you are not using this , it smells great lying in my drawer , I may not be wrong if I say that it smells like mini LUSH Store  .

The best thing about the smell is , it is not at all feminine … so if I am using or hubby there is hardly any difference . If you want to make an assorted gift for your MAN you can easily slip a piece of this and make an excuse to give him massage and get one in return …. I am not at all naughty and you will find me a LADY next door in most of the reviews right ??

I am huge fan of LUSH Hair Care , Skin Care and this is no exception , am gonna buy one more as am so addicted to this . Little too pricey but at the end it is L U S  H …
