Its raining MAC PIGMENTS here and am going to post reviews every single day for next few weeks ( okayyy am allowed to exaggerate ?? ) The first one to start with is – MAC VIOLET PIGMENT . Priced at 1350/- INR a 4.5 gm jar will last you ages .
Its a small series and I will not be writing much , I am not going to include the chunkier texture pigments like Kitschmas and Golden Lemon but will swatch at the end of the series .
MAC VIOLET as the name says is Violet color and has right balance of red and blue in it , with high frost finish it gives stunning sheen when you apply it on lids. VIOLET has very fine texture , if you are avid user of purple eyeshadow then this is must have for you . The color goes well with most of the shades and is easy to incorporate .
IT can be used dry or wet depending about the look you are creating , intensity can be seen in both the ways and there is not much fall out if you use good base underneath .
Used this H E R E for smokey eyes, H E R E for jewel toned eyes ,
