ILLAMASQUA Sheer Lipgloss in Intimacy is described as Nude Pink Brown and was part of Naked Strangers Collection . ILLAMASQUA Intense Lipgloss are power packed with pigments , however their Sheer lip glosses are nothing less . This is the 3rd one am trying and am completely digging other shades like rose pink (ELECTRIFY) and plums (TANTRUM) .
The Brand is famous for its Bold , Bright , In your Face and Fierce shades , have never seen something this pale / nude and it came like a full surprise to me when I swatched this for the first time , certainly not typical ILLAMASQUA . The color is meant for everyday use , it is really pale pinky brown shade with super fine shimmer laced throughout the tube , it is little thick for a layering gloss and hides the shade of the lipstick giving a new shimmery sparkly effect .
If am wearing this alone , the gloss stays for good 3 + hrs on me but as the color is little too light nothing excites me , I like to layer this on top of lipstick .. a nude lipstick in pink or brown shade .
Recently the packaging is changed , now instead of squeeze tube you get this long sleek tube with brush applicator which makes it easy to use and layer . Even the texture is little different from my ILLAMASQUA Sheer lipgloss in DIVINE , this is more sticky and tacky but this makers it stay little longer then usual gloss . If my lips are not exfoliated the color layer unevenly and settle in lines , this is not the issue with my other ILLAMASQUA Glosses but this is somehow hard to work .
Honestly , the color is nice but not something I would spend without a sale , if you are looking for a nude pinky brown lipgloss with hint of gold then check this out in next ILLAMASQUA SALE .
