I had posted this HERE , one year back and see how bad I am not to Review or post FOTD for this till date . You can read other reviews for the same lipstick here : OPIUM and Beauty Queen . I am die hard fan of this range and the color makes them even more desirable .
CITRINE is described as RED ORANGE with Creme finish , the shade is bright orange and has satin finish , it is not matte nor super lustrous but has that soft satiny feel to it . IT stays good for 4 + hrs on me and leaves nice tint on my lips even after it fades . Never leaves dry and dehydrated lips , I could feel that it is moisturizing lipstick but not to the extent that it will heal my chapped lips . It is not super soft like NYX Round lipstick , the texture is cross between super creamy yet hugging the lips like matte lipstick .
IF you want to pick Bright Summery Orange Lipstick just to experiment do try this out , it has red undertones and looks great on warm skin tone , on second note am sure it will look equally great on lighter cool skin tone . I have read the shade being universally flattering , number of times on foreign blogs .
With awesome pigmentation lipstick layers opaque in one swipe , I don’t detect any smell in these while the other range from NYX has this strong plastic smell . These are priced at $ 7 – 8 and well worth a try for fun shades . On Indian sites it is more or less 700/- INR with limited color selection .

Awesome shades all 3 of them! I always wondered abt the fragrance/ smell bit on NYX black label lippies coz the round label ones just put me off with their chemically smell.Thanks for sharing the bit about these having no smell, now I can be rest assured & pick some up

Love your blush…. Orange is a tough colour to carry a lot factors play a role over here primarily one’s complexion and supplementary makeup in conjunction with the lipstick… her in this case supplementary makeup being the blush…
