that was me asking my friend ENA and given some random explanations i agreed and bought my first highlighter …
Revlon skin illuminator loose powder … some 4 years back although i didn’t used it much and it is still lying somewhere , reason being lack of knowledge about the product and the application …you are the culprit ENA 
but now i do have some knowledge about this beauty and do wanna grab some of your knowledge here
