CHANEL Joues Contraste # 76 FRIVOLE : Review and FOTD
After lusting for CHANEL BLUSH / JOUES Contraste, as they say… for almost 2 yrs, here is my first review for the colour I picked recently. Part of CHANEL Spring 2013 Collection, I wanted to pick the gloss in Marveille too but settled for just a blush. FRIVOLE is described as Luminous Apricot; it is medium – dark peachy orange shade with a tad bit of pink in it. It is warm toned blush and works really when on my skin tone , I do feel it does require a layer or two but then as the texture is finally milled it just blends in and doesn’t look powdery or chalky even if I layer for more intense colour – true to its pan kind .

At last !!! I picked the most beautiful RED from CHANEL , I was eying this ever since it was launched ( so cheesy isn’t it ?? ) NOOO I only picked when I came to knew that CHANEL is discontinuing this range and as am all for Red’s and a true fan of “C” I thought of shelling 2100/- on this beauty .
I already had one from this range but when “C” mentioned H E R E that this is going to be discontinued I didn’t wanted to miss a chance as an honest believer in her choices and recommendation I had to have this in my stash . Again she proved right and when I tried this in store even hubs was surprised to see the color on me . DO I love her ?? AHH !!! I do and I even love those who hate me for loving her , for eg. my teeny tiny pocket and ????
