ILLAMASQUA SCANDAL Lipstick is described as bright coral pink with matte finish . It pulls more yellow based pink then coral on me and is little hard to wear without a good base . The finish is matte but is super soft and densely packed with pigments , it is good to use a lip liner to apply a creamy lipstick like this as it tends to apply thick if used directly from the tube .
