MACup Look : Shimmery Copper and Browns

A little too shimmery for my taste but guess it might be good for special occasion , I wanted to review MAC Nylon which I picked few days back so thought of trying how versatile it is or it is just another highlighter . I tried pairing it with MAC ROMP to give the nice transition look but failed with that , hence came the pigment for my rescue . It is not a perfect look but as I clicked endless pictures thought of sharing this with you and moreover am so excited about one more thing ….. My new Studio Fix Foundation in NC 40 and the way it looks with my MAC Strobe Cream.

MAYBELLINE Hooked On Pink Lipstick

This was the second lipstick I picked from this range a while back , I was not in a mood to buy any thing else than My Mahogany but as they had offer of Buy 2 and Get one free I couldn’t resist. I ALWAYSSSS Do my homework and this time as well , I had 2 lipsticks in my mind and gladly both of them were available in stock so this and My Mahogany was my pick from their Color Sensational Range .

Hooked on Pink is soft rosy pink color with no shimmer and glitter , it is creamy enough and very satiny in feel . There is nice glossy sheen to it which makes it so beautiful , I do have the same gloss from Maybelline and will show you FOTD with that as well.

Aren’t you surprised to see this color here?? NARS Sex Appeal is described as Soft Peach on their site, it is a pale peachy pink color which will look amazing on lighter skin tone, and it might be their Best Blush for all time but sadly no chances of looking great on my olive skin tone.

There was a time when I only trusted TM’s for my daily skin needs, time changed and so my love for foundations, reasons?? Foundation provides much needed base for color to show up in pics and that’s why I switched to foundations. But , there are times when you really don’t feel like applying foundations and want your skin to breath . I was not happy with my Korres TM which was way too white for my color and didn’t wanted to spend a fortune on Lancôme’s TM which my friend keep praising.

I saw this on my mentor’s blog and thought of giving this a shot; again without trying in person, Trust is still there in full bloom!!!

MACup Look : Festive Plummy Brown Eyes

I was trying hard to get MAC Paint pot in Artifact which is discontinued now . There isn’t any chance to get this as its out of stock everywhere , but then MUA at Koramangala MAC gave me a small sample of this and so I thought will try to do 2 – 3 looks with wonderful Plum Bronze color . MAC is launching a color like this in new LE collection so am little relieved ….

Paired Artifact with Browns and Plums , nothing super great about the look , its just another Plum Brown color but Artifact has made this little special.
