MAC POWERSURGE Eye Kohl is part of the permanent line and is priced at 900/- INR . POWERSURGE is described as bronzed brown with golden shimmer , I was so hooked with MAC TEDDY Kohl so much that knew , I had to pick one more from the permanent line and this was suggested by lovely MUA friend Sabrina . I was little skeptical at first but then thought lets give this a shot .
