My latest MAC Palette : have already started filling it . I picked Creme de Violet and Tempting , guess it will take me another 6 months to fill this . Refills are for 680/- INR and Palette is for 850/- INR = 11,050 /- INR .
Although am very happy to share this with you, but to tell you the truth I am still struck in my past . I get 100 of compliments , complaints , appreciations , suggestions but once this girl said ( on Face Book )” MAC ke saath saath Rashmi ko Dimaag bhi de uss ko use karne ka ( Along with MAC , GOD give her brain to use MAC ) ” I felt so BAD , guess bad is the easiest word and safest too.
I don’t know if her views are still the same after my eye looks or she still thinks am not doing justice to my palettes . I do want to know her thoughts … seriously !! I know it hardly makes any difference as I am still doing my work and my life is running smooth but when you know you are truly passionate of what you are doing and you see these kind of remarks it makes a big difference . Enough of my rants here is what I wanted to show you …

And here is my 4th palette , it took me no time to complete this as I filled these with my singles so you can say 12 of these were singles collected over 2 yrs ,
And here are my MAC Palettes , I hope ( I wish ) to arrange them color wise : blues , green , neutrals , purples … WOW , it does sound WOW .. isn’t it ??
Okay !!! You think am little over obsessed ?? I am , absolutely over obsessed with my palettes and why not ?? I love them sooooo much and that’s why you see so many looks .. right ?? But its high time I should do more and more reviews for the colors.

All I have to say is that, that comment from that girl must have just come out of spite and jealousy.
I hope it doesn’t bother you anymore, Rashmi. I simply love your eyelooks and the best thing about your EOTDs is that you do a good mix of safe and adventurous looks and you always pull it off. And in doing so, you give people like me inspiration to try them out. (I still remember that grey eyes-red lips look. I NEVER would have been able to come up with that one!) I can see that you are truly passionate about makeup and it reflects in your blog. Keep doing what you do, dear Rashmi, because you put your heart and soul into it. The world can go take a hike.

Please you have a blog, you have to buy makeup to come up with new posts…unless you take pictures at the store..well that’s another story. So please ignore that jealous loser’s comments. Seriously, think about it, she must be lacking something in her life to be jealous of someone she doesn’t even know. So screw her.
I find your MAC purchases updates very helpful or well, enabling lol. But yes, it helps others a lot, so keep doing such updates.

First congrats on your 5th palette! secondly dont bother about what others think of you..i know how it feels when you are passionate about something and even though you recognize that often people around you dont so just take it light as the most important thing in this world is to be content you ourself and be happy and if you have both then what’s to worry about?

Just one thing, apparently MAC has raised their prices recently, and the eye shadows now cost 700+ instead of 680? One of my friends did a haul recently and she told me this is the case, but since you have quoted the earlier price I was wondering which is the correct one?

Hi Rashmi! Awesome palette dear! Must say you are the MAC guru. I have been reading your blog for quite some time and could not help but notice that the blog always mentions some one being nasty to you in almost most of the blogs. People are nasty to each other. But if you dont care why even bother to bring it up? See, just by publishing this fact you have made that nasty person a lil important to your reader! ;P So just relax hun!

Congratulations on your 5th palette. I don’t think you are the kind of person who will ever buy anything for the sake of buying. You always read reviews and find ways to get bargains and discounts, and that makes you discerning consumer
It’s not like you’re buying blindly.
I just started my 3rd palette and I’m hoping I won’t fill it up soon actually as I have so many other shadows that I want to use first before buying more MAC singles. But that’s just me – stuck in a rut with greys and blues
Enjoy your eyeshadows Rashmi Didi. It’s that one thing you do for yourself. You deserve to have a hobby and be happy with it

Rashmi, I wanted to ask a stupid question. Are MAC palettes magnetized? I heard a lot of people mentioning they can store other round pans of the same size.
I am seriously giving this a thought. At this price, it is a steal
not at all stupid babes …
it is not magnetized however their refill singles have magnet underneath 
and thats how they stick to to the palette
